Coconut

A great coconut pie that resembles a macaroon cookie. The coconut may be left out for an egg custard that is out of this world. This pie will make its own crust.

Directions: Add two eggs,(well beaten), four tablespoons of melted margarine, one cup of water, and a seven ounce package of shredded coconut to the bag of mix. Mix well and pour into a well oiled nine inch pie pan. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees or until done. Pie will make its own crust. Enjoy!
