Chocolate is seemingly everyone’s favorite, and during the busy holiday season baking chocolate pies can be a real chore. With this special blend, your family will swear that you slaved all day over a hot stove just for them. Take the compliments and spend the time you saved by resting up for jobs ahead. This pie will make its own crust!
Directions: Add two eggs, (well beaten), and ˝ stick of melted margarine to the bag if pie mix. Mix well. You may also add one cup of chopped pecans. The pie is very good either way, with or without pecans. Pour into well oiled nine inch pie pan. Bake 25-30 minutes at 325 degrees or until almost set. Pie will be very crunchy around the edges and chewy, gooey in the center. Pie will turn loose around the edges of the pie pan. Do not over bake. Very, very good!
