Butter Muffin Mix

Package Instructions:

Combine 1 package muffin mix with 4 oz. sour cream and one stick of melted butter or margarine. Pour into 18 mini muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown. This box contains 2 packages of mix, yielding a total of 36 muffins.

Ingredients:

Bleached enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononi-trate, riboflavin, folic acid), baking powder (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), salt, calcium sulfate, sugar, nonfat dry milk, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3, butter powder (butter, sweet cream buttermilk, annatto).
