Coconut Muffin Mix

Package Instructions:

Add 2 well-beaten eggs and 1 cup of water to mix. Fold in coconut. Pour into 12 well-oiled muffin tins. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Muffins will be flat and crunchy on all sides with a soft center. Mini-muffin pans may be used also, making 36 muffins.

Ingredients:

Coconut, sugar, corn syrup solids, bleached enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), baking powder (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), salt, calcium sulfate, nonfat dry milk, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3, and natural flavorings.
