Instructions: Bring 1 to 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts to a boil in 2 quarts of water. Add both seasoning packets and package of noodles to boiled chicken. Let simmer about 20-25 minutes, take chicken out, chop and add back to soup. Add at alternate intervals during cooking process another 1 quart of water. These noodles will hold up to several hours of cooking time, so crock pot cooking is also recommended.
Options: Canned chicken may be substituted. Try adding one can of cream of mushroom soup for a creamier flavor. Enjoy!
