A fabulous broccoli cheese soup. Just add evaporated milk, water, and the cheese of your choice.
Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil. Drop in soup and seasoning packs. Return soup to a full boil and then reduce heat to simmer to prevent sticking. Soup will thicken so stir gently and often. After 20 minutes, stir in 8 oz. Velveeta cheese and 8 oz. cheddar cheese, mild or sharp along with 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Other cheese may be substituted for different flavors. Serves 13 cups.
Cooked or canned chicken may be added for a totally different broccoli soup. Enjoy!
