A cheesy soup with a kick!
Whisk soup packet into 8 cups boiling water until smooth. Add 8oz. shredded mild cheddar cheese and whisk until smooth. Reduce heat, simmer for 10-15 minutes. Yields 14 cups.

Feel free to add one pound cooked and/or canned chicken or one pound browned hamburger meat to this soup along with one 15 oz. can drained tomatoes with green chilies. After serving as soup, use leftovers as a great dip, served with chips or tortilla strips.
